Our Guarantee:
We at Charming Stones Bijoux care about our customers. We know that shopping on the internet can feel risky. You can't hold objects in your hand before buying them; you can't check them over for anything wrong. That's why here at Charming Stones Bijoux we offer a 100% Guarantee on each and every non-sale (or custom made) item that we sell. If for any reason you are unhappy with your product, just send it back for a full refund or replacement (less shipping & handling), no questions asked.
Shipping & Handling:
SHIPPING METHOD:
We offer flexible shipping options, but will ship registered airmail with insurance and delivery confirmation by default if no special instructions were given. For security purposes, all our delivery methods used require a signature upon receipt.
FEES:
Actual shipping cost (see below)+5% (up to maximum 3 Euro handling fee). We try to keep our shipping costs as low as possible. The fee you will pay is weight-based, and includes a padded envelope or postal box, bubble wrapping your jewellery for added security, etc. Some items will also come in an individual box for extra security! Because of this packing, an item's shipping weight is not always its actual weight.
TIME:
- Your order will be shipped within 24-48 hours once your payment has been verified.
- All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or Irish public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Sellers are not responsible for service transit time. This information is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Note that transit times may vary, particularly duchoker peak periods.
TRACKING:
Once you order is shipped, you will receive a notification email from us: you will be given a tracking number after the parcel has been sent.
COMBINED SHIPPING:
You can save your shipping cost by combining additional items in one package. Please e-mail us for a combined invoice.
PAYMENT:
We accept all major credit cards through Pay Pal. The way Pay Pal works is simple: you either have an account with them and use it to pay us or alternatively you press continue button and could pay us using your Credit Card.
If for some strange reason you couldn’t get through the checkout process there is no problem – just send us the email with details of your product and we will send you a Pay Pal invoice. When your payment is verified we will ship your order and email you to confirm the tracking number.

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING:
We accept orders from any country. But we also reserve the right to reject any orders which we believe to be fraudulent.
IMPORT DUTIES:
We do not charge any sales tax; however you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which may be levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance are to be borne by you as we have no control over these charges. Customs policies may vary from country to country; to attain more information, you should contact your local customs office. We will do our up-most to reduce your costs.

Returns
After you placed an order and once your payment has been verified, you are obligated to the purchase. You may return the items if you are not 100% satisfied. Once the order has been shipped, you may return the items after you receive them. Please refer to more information on Returns & Refunds below.
- You may return the purchased items within 30 days of your order's shipping date.
- If you refuse to accept the order shipment when it is delivered to you, we are not able to process the return.
- To return an item, you will need to first notify us by emailing to info@charmingstonesbijoux.com before sending us any return merchandise. Please include your invoice number, the item number(s), and item quantity in the email. An email acknowledging your return named "Notice of Merchandise Returns" will be sent to you. We need to receive your returned merchandise within 10 days from the Notice of Merchandise Returns email. When sending back the merchandise, please make sure all items are stored in its original jewelry packaging and include a copy of the original receipt. Please specify on the receipt whether you prefer a refund or store credit. Refunds over $100 will only be issued in store credit.
- Please insure your package to its full value and pack all return items in a well-sealed, sturdy box. We cannot be responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. No refund or store credit can be issued in such instance.
- Without prejudice to your statutory rights, Goods may only be returned if they are unused and in their original packaging and in a resalable condition.
- If we deem that the product has been used and not in "as new" condition, we will contact you to arrange payment to return the goods to you.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 days after the items are received. Refunds will be given for the original purchase price indicated on your receipt. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error, otherwise shipping charges are not refundable.
- Credits on returned merchandise will be refunded to your original method of payment. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
Refund / Exchange

FAULTY GOODS
Charming Stones Bijoux.com is committed to your satisfaction. Every single item is thoroughly inspected to ensure that it meets our high standard of quality before it is packed for shipment. Each piece of jewelry will be shipped in perfect condition. Please contact us within 2 days of receipt if received otherwise. If you return an item to us, that appears to be faulty, please return the goods to us using the above Returns procedure for replacement.
In the event of you returning goods to us you, it is your responsibility to ensure that the goods reach us safely and we usually recommend that you send items back to us via an insured, signed for, postal method such as Recorded Delivery. When we have received the goods, we will inspect them and if found to be faulty we will refund the basic cost of posting the item back to us via Recorded Delivery with an appropriate level of insurance.
DAMAGED GOODS
We take order packing and shipment very seriously. All items will be carefully packed in foams, bubbles or jewelry boxes prior to being packaged in high quality bubble envelopes or thick wall boxes.
If your package arrives damaged, please sign for it as "damaged" and contact us immediately via email to info@charmingstonesbijoux.com . Please do not return the item to us without speaking to us first and please contact us within three days of receiving the parcel, otherwise we cannot claim on our couriers insurance and as such your claim will not be processed.
INCORRECT GOODS RECIEVED
In the unlikely event that you have received an incorrect product or quantity, please contact: info@charmingstonesbijoux.com immediately (within 3 days of receipt). Please state which products you have received, any codes or part numbers on the outside of the packaging and any other relevant information. Please do not open the inner packaging for incorrect items. Our dedicated shipping team works hard and fast, but they are only human - if there's a mistake in your order, please let us know as soon as possible and we'll correct or refund it. If an item is accidentally listed as available but is out of stock, we'll issue a refund before your order is shipped
Cancellation
You can cancel your order anytime before your order is shipped, which is typically within 24-48 hours after your payment is verified. Simply send us an email indicating the Order ID number, the Billing Name, Billing Address and the reason for cancelling your order. Please do not send any credit card information using email. This applies to all products unless they are bespoke or custom developed to your specification.
Repair
In the event that your items become damaged duchoker normal wear, we will gladly repair them free of charge within 30 days from the date of shipping. After 30 days, we will repair your item for a small fee.

Quality
Whilst all sizes and measurements are approximate only we will use our best endeavours to ensure that they are as accurate as possible. By the nature of pearls, gemstones, shells as a natural material, there could be a slight inclusions & imperfections, but we strive to provide you with accrual photo of every product we make. THE BEADS ARE SHOWN LARGER (or smaller) THAN ACTUAL SIZE depending the settings of your computer to show the quality of the stones more clearly. Colour may also vary because of the monitor settings.
